Description
Sparks fly as an electrical line snaps apart shortly after catching fire during an intensely burning garage fire in Pomona, CA.
Black smoke quickly filled the air, but before it did, I was lucky enough to capture this image.
After the electrical line caught fire, the police asked me to leave the alley where I was originally shooting from. I ran straight to a balcony at the apartment complex where the fire took place. The kind people who lived there graciously allowed me to photograph from their balcony and granted me the upwind vantage point I needed.
