Description

A fire restriction sign outside Primo's Liquor & Deli, located in Kernville, CA, warns against unnecessary sparks due to extremely dry conditions. An empty fire wood bin can be seen in the back.
Even though more rainfall was received this year, the river is running very low due to a lack of snow pack to feed the river.
Behind the fire restriction sign are two more signs, alluring customers to the ice creams and ice cold fountain drinks inside.
